The NSW Aquaculture Association in collaboration with NSW Fisheries and sponsored by Pentair Aquatic Ecosystems are holding a two day Recirculating Aquaculture and Aquaponic Short course at Port Stephens, NSW on the 21st and 22nd September 2013.

We will be covering a range of topics suitable for anyone wanting to learn more about designing and operating recirculating aquaculture or aquaponic systems of any size over the intense two day short course presented by Dr Tom Losordo and Dr Wilson Lennard.
On the Saturday Night there will be a 2 Course Dinner served at the Soldiers Point Bowling Club. The dinner is above and beyond the course costs and those attending will need to pay separately.
We will meet in the Clubs auditorium from 6 pm with the meal starting from 6.30 pm. It’s a set course: Main meals (alternate serve) Chicken breast pocket seasoned with avocado & brie on a tomato garlic salsa/ Lamb wellington served with red wine jus. Both mains served with fresh garden vegetables. Dessert (alternate serve) Profiteroles & chocolate sauce/Apple & rhubarb crumble with vanilla ice cream. Tea/coffee station & after dinner mints.
It is essential we get numbers now for those who are attending the dinner, so we can let the caterers know. Preferably, you can purchase you dinner tickets now online. Cost is $30/person. Everyone welcome, feel free to bring your spouse etc. (Online is fractionally, dearer to cover PayPal and processing cost).
