Where: Soldiers Point Bowling Club, Port Stephens
What: Conference, Tradeshow and Social Evening

This will include: updates from NSW, SA, Tas, Qld and NZ; discussion on the industry’s future, selling oysters, R&D; oyster health and innovation; and trade suppliers. Simon Marnie (oyster lover and ABC radio host) will be the MC for the social evening that will include oyster tasting and prizes, an industry fundraiser auction, and John ‘Stinker’ Clarke will talk about his new book on the history of the Port Stephens oyster industry.

Cost: Registration cost – TBA, likely to be $75 (incl. all meals)
The $300 cost for a Trade Table includes: one Trade Table (approx 180x75cm); banner space around/behind the table; and tea/coffee and lunch on both days and a conference dinner for one.

Accommodation is available at the Salamander Shores (opposite the venue) at a special conference rate.

Tours of the research hatchery and estuary industry visits are also planned.
